Description
The seed that sprouted the Tree of Enlightenment was gifted to the First Master of the Monks of Eldath by the goddess Eldath, as thanks for their undying devotion. It draws its power from the Fountain of Life, which in turn was created when the goddess shed a tear, touched by the Master’s loyalty.
It has always resided in the Monastery of Eldath’s Inner Sanctum. Where the monks devoted their life to hiding its existence.
Power
The Tree of Enlightenment, created by Eldath, shares her powers. It blesses the surrounding lands with rich and fertile soil. It shall never wilt, and its leaves are always green. However, it only blooms as long as the Fountain of Life is there to nourish it. Should the fountain dry up or otherwise disappear, the leaves will fall off, and the tree shall die shortly after.
Appearance
The tree is not particularly tall, about 3 meters. It has the appearance of a willow, and its leaves are blue with a golden sheen. When ripped off or destroyed, the leaves turn brown and lose their shimmer.
